H&M Vastgoed is a young company which has its origins in property maintenance, with its speciality being furnishings. Partly due to this experience, the link was eventually made to the property market. During the development of H&M, an extensive and, in particular, a related portfolio of interesting properties has been built up. What is of significant interest is the diverse range of properties, from completely bare and unfurnished units to turn-key units.

What can we do for you?

H&M Vastgoed has a number of properties which you may make use of, these range from unfurnished units to turn-key units and everything which falls between these two extremes. When we refer to turn-key, we mean a space which contains a fitted kitchen, a plasma TV, a stereo installation, air conditioning, telephones, internet connections (adsl), is fully carpeted and curtained, furnished and, of course, has a washing machine. You only need to hang up your clothes and you can enjoy the beautifully furnished accommodation and its central position. Turn-key accommodation is extremely suitable for use as company flats for, for example, expats.

In addition, we can offer bare, unfurnished business premises which are very attractive to new start-ups wishing to rent a small office annex and/or storage space. We are able to draw up flexible contracts; which means more options are available. The position and the size of the premises depend on your wishes. Where are our rental properties?
Currently, we primarily handle property in the province of North Holland; however, via our network, it is possible for H&M Vastgoed to help you rent property outside this province.
